Bothans and Neimoidian Duros successfully using this skill will dodge and weave around their opponent, reducing the force of the opponent's blows.
Bothans accomplish this by keeping themselves positioned to be able to deflect most of the force of incoming attacks.
Neimoidians are a little more slippery in their movements and mostly try to avoid being hit altogether.
