Players may attempt to decrypt another ship's docking protocols in order to board the ship.
If they specify a bay, that bay will be opened and the player may land in it. This usage requires the ships to be within 250 of each other.
If they do not specify a bay, they will authorize external docking via the <connect> command. The ships must be within 25 for this usage.
Failed decryption attempts are usually detected and considered to be hostile acts.
