Slicers can attempt to throw a person out of their condo. The player who is being thrown out must be aggressive to another player.
The evicted person and the slicer must also both be in the army and the evicted person must be less then 3 minutes idle. This skill can be used only at the main entrance of the condos and requires a slicertool.
