This skill allows an HM slicer to illicitly gain interest. The skill is usable only through the information network on the slicertool, and it cannot be used more than once per day.
If the slicer is also a diplomat, they can get interest from up to 2M credits, instead of the usual 1M. While the limits on hack bank are nearly identical to diplomatic interest, the slicer is allowed to use the banking functions from a slicertool without consequence to the hack bank skill, but it will affect diplomatic interest.
