Humans are the 'normal' race of the Star Wars galaxy. They by no means are the majority of the galaxy's inhabitants, but they are the single most common race. Humans have 100% average attributes, which gives them greater flexibility in stat distribution.
Human characters also reflect the diversity and adaptibility of the species with their ability to master skills quickly.
