This command, available only to High Mortal smugglers and merchants allows them to gain additional information about items that they have on their person, or have in the same room as them. Smugglers and merchants get slightly different information from this skill. Those players who are both smuggler and merchant see both data.
Note: for smugglers this skill also tells the origin of the item, but this information might not always be correct. This skill uses the appraise skill.
