Skill Delay: 2 rounds (4 seconds)
This skill makes a weapon stronger so that when it normally would have broken from use, the weapon only loses its reinforcement and remains in good condition.
Reinforcing a weapon will reset the count for when an item will become damaged from usage in combat.
Level 20+ merchants can reinforce a weapon even stronger. This skill requires 20 toolbox parts.
