High Mortal Emblem

At max level (50/50/19), a player may purchase a HM Emblem at the infamous HM Guild Hall on Wayland. From then on, the player may <advance emblem> for 1M exp at their primary guild halls or the HM guild hall. Emblem ranks can unlock additional characters.
