The <mark> command allows a bounty hunter to designate a target, focusing their skills and resources to track or eliminate them with precision. Once marked, the target becomes the center of the hunter's pursuit. Mark synergizes with other hunter skills, ensuring no corner of the galaxy offers the target refuge.

Against a marked target, auto attacks and hunter tools apply stacks. Upon reaching max stacks (10) on the target, the stacks are consumed and the hunter's next skill delay is cut in half.

Lastly, this skill can be used from an adjacent room or remotely against players and bountied targets.
