Haggle
Syntax: haggle [on|off]
Smugglers and Merchants of level 11+ can attempt to get better prices in shops by haggling. It is possible to get a *worse* price if you do particularly badly; however, on average, you will get the same price as normal, or better, if you've accumulated skill.
haggle tells
whether you are set to haggle or not.
haggle on sets you to haggle.
haggle off sets you to not haggle.
