Player Council Skill - Condemn

Syntax: condemn (player) (reason)

Player Council team leaders can condemn PK players to a life of being hunted by their own team. This means that the condemned players can be attacked by any council-appointed PK executioners, regardless of level, as long as the condemned players are still a member of the team that condemned them. By leaving the team, they will no longer be able to be attacked by that team's executioners. A person may be condemned by all three teams.

The command will toggle off if you condemn someone who is already condemned by your team. The command without arguments will display a list of those condemned by the diplomat's team.

Appoint

Syntax: appoint (player)

Team PK Council representatives and Player Council team leaders can appoint PK players, either Army or Navy, as executioners for their team. There is no limit to the number of executioners a team may have. Executioners may attack any condemned player while that player is on the same team as the executioner. A player may only serve as an executioner for a member of one team at a time and will be unable to perform his/her duties as executioner while on another team, unless re-appointed.

The command will toggle off if you appoint someone who is already appointed by your team. The command without arguments will display a list of executioners for the diplomat's team.
