Player Council Skill - Confine

Syntax: confine (player)

This skill is usable by Player Council members. A confined player becomes unable to leave Coruscant. If the player is currently on the mud, they will be transported back to Coruscant. The confinement will only last until the next reboot.

Typing confine without any arguments lists all the people who are confined. To remove a confined player, just use the skill again.
