Dipteach

Syntax: dipteach (person)

This allows a person of any race to teach their language to a Diplomat that is level 40 or higher. Any person of a certain race can teach a diplomat their language, but it must be done within a certain time limit, with 4 lessons each. Diplomat must wait at least 6 hours of their player age before getting a new lesson, but no more than one day. This is not mud or real life time, but the players' age (time online).
