Player Council SKill - Addhelper
Syntax: addhelper (player)
Adds a player to the newbie helpers, giving him/her access to the newbie channel.
Syntax: removehelper (player)
Removes a player from the newbie helpers and takes away access from the newbie channel.
Syntax: blocknewbie (player) (reason)
Blocks a newbie from the use of the newbie channel if they misuse it. Typing this again will unblock the player.
Syntax: who_nhbanned
This command will display a list of players who have been banned from being newbie helpers. This command is for Player Council members to check whether a wizard has already banned a player from being a Newbie Helper.
