Player Council Skill - MaRRY
Syntax: marry (player1) to (player2)
This command allows a Player Council member to marry two players. Both players to be wed must be in the same room with the Player Council member.
All uses of this command are logged, so only use this when it's the real
thing, NOT as a
joke.
