Gand racial skills: Regenerate and Strike

Syntax: regenerate

A Gand can concentrate on attempting to regenerate damage to his/her body, which is repaired over time. A Gand cannot slip into such a state while still healing from a previous concentration.

Syntax: strike (target)

Gand have chitinous bodies which allows them to strike an opponent, doing physical damage with the added possibility of damaging an opponent's armor.
