Jawa racial skills: Scavenge and Surprise

Syntax: scavenge [droid | vehicle]

A Jawa may use a toolbox to scavenge parts from a droid or vehicle to refill his or her toolboxes.

Syntax: surprise (target)

Jawas use their natural abilities to surprise their enemies. When successful, the user gains a free attack on the victim. When failed, the opportunity for surprise is wasted.
