Sluissi ship reimbursement

The standard policy of this mud states that there will be no reimbursements by the staff for lost items. Due to the expense of sluissi ships, this policy has an addendum.

Ships will only be reimbursed if there is a mud-caused loss of ship. If the player has lost their ship due to negligence of any sort (e.g. overloading the command buffer, losing the ship in the bay of another that has crashed, or any non-crash, non-bug related incident) there will be no reimbursement.

This said, it is still the discretion of the staff to perform any reimbursement. Reimbursement is not a right. We reserve the right to deny any requests for reimbursement, for any reason.

Also, if a reimbursement has been approved, it will only be granted if the player is the original purchaser of the ship, due to our processes for validating any and all requests.

Things required for reimbursement:

  • A member of the staff who is willing to reimburse.
  • A detailed, documented description (e.g. logs) of the event that results in the the request for reimbursement.
  • Proof of ownership of the ship in question. This will be determined by the wizard staff member who has decided to help with the request.
