Ch'hala tree

Ch'hala trees are greenish-purple trees with slender trunks and leafy tops. The tree has a unique property: when a noise occurs nearby, the tree responds with a burst of red that ripples across the trunk in time to the sound. The Grand Corridor in the Imperial Palace on Coruscant is lined with these beautiful, colorful trees.
