Jubilar

Jubilar is a penal colony orbited by a single moon. It is used by several nearby worlds as a dumping ground for their criminals. The inhabitants have organized themselves into armies, and fight each other in a constant series of brutal wars. One of Jubilar's cities is called Dying Slowly (later renamed Death), and contains the slum of Executioners Row and the huge Victory Forum, where the Regional Sector Number Four's All-Human Free-For-All extravaganza is held.

Fifteen years before the Battle of Endor, Boba Fett killed a spice dealer named Hallolar Voors on Jubilar. While there, he saw a young Han Solo beat three larger opponents in the Free- For-All. (Solo was sent there for cheating at cards).

Thirty years later, Solo returned, for old times sake, to find that the Victory Forum and many areas of the city were in ruins from war and neglect.
