Altorian

There are two species of intelligent Altorians living on the planet Altor 14. The Avogwi, or Altorian Birds, are two-meter-tall predatory birds with three opposable fingers on the apex of their wings. The Nuiwit, or Altorian Lizards, are bipedal reptials about 1.5 meters tall. While the Avogwi are primitive and lawless, the Nuiwit possess a highly structured and harmonious society.
