Oswaft

The Oswaft are a species of intelligent manta-ray jellyfish-like beings who inhabit the sack-shaped interstellar nebula of ThonBoka. They are broad and streamlined, with powerful wings and a sleek, muscle covered dorsal surface. They have tentacular ribbons hanging from their ventral side, and their entire bodies have a glasslike transparency with hints and flashes of inner color. Though extremely intelligent, the Oswaft are not remarkably imaginative. They are a long lived species, with a patient and conservative outlook on life.
