Floating Fortress

The Imperial floating fortress is a repulsorlift combat vehicle designed to augment ground assault and planetary occupation forces. The roughly cylindrical floating fortress is especially suitable for urban terrains, with its distinctive twin-turret heavy blaster cannon, well armoured body, and powerful repulsorlift engine. It is equipped with a sophisticated surveillance system that project a thirty meter radius sensor probe around the vehicle, forming a target identification field. This field can be used to single out a specific target or to lock onto a large number of targets for elimination by the two top-mounted heavy blasters. A floating fortress requires a pilot, two gunners, and a sensor chief. It can also carry up to ten troopers.
