Toolkit Quest
HM scientists of level 25 and above can undertake a quest to construct an autoloading multi-purpose toolkit containing a purifier capable of purifying both medkits and potions as well as a medical scanner.
The quest can be started by seeking out the designer of the purifier and inquiring about the device.
