Inner Rim territories

Originally known as the Rim, the area now called the Inner Rim Territories was once thought to mark the end of galactic expansion. This diverse region is nearly as civilized as the Core Worlds, though it benefits from being newer and less crowded. As the Empire demands more and more of the planets of this region, disgruntled colonists strike out to find better environs in the Outer Rim Territories.
